Exercise with friends, decompression effect better, but also improve the quality of life.

A number of studies have shown that active exercise is beneficial to relieve stress. However, compared with exercise alone, and friends with exercise, decompression better, but also can improve the quality of life.
Recently, a study was completed by Dr. Daiinajox, a researcher at New England University School of Medicine and his team, who conducted a 12-week follow-up survey of 69 medical students. These students are usually mentally challenged, researchers let them randomly choose group sports or individual sports. The group exercise group performed 30 minutes of core muscle group exercise and strength training weekly, and the exercise time of the group with independent exercise doubled. Participants completed questionnaires on a regular basis and scored their quality of life from three aspects: psychological, physical and emotional health. The results of the analysis showed that the scores of the group exercise group were 12.6%, 24.8% and 26.2% higher than those who did alone exercise. The study is published in the American Journal of Orthopedic Association.
According to Dr. York, the results of the new study show that, compared with the “lone aristocrat” individual movement, the joint movement with friends can encourage and interact with each other, which is more conducive to overcoming difficulties, reducing stress and anxiety, and improving the quality of life
